Q 1: What is your product range?

Q 2: Is it possible to have some samples??
A 2: Sure. We'd love to provide you sample bags from our production without any charge for your reference and quality checking(except your own pre-production samples). You kindly cover the shipping fee.
Q 3: How do we check the colors?
A 3: After order confirm,we'll make a digital printing proof first, and later once you confirm the digital printing proof we can
send the HARD COPY over to you to check the colors. It will be 95% percent the same. If you have a PANTONE reference, we will go with the PANTONE NO.
Q 4: May I have some real samples check before shipping?
A 4: Of course! We are so confident about our products that we would like to send you the production samples to check.
Q 5: If my pouch need printing color, is there any cylinder cost for it ?
A 5: Yes, you need to pay plate cost for printing. You may know there is one copper plate(cylinder) for one color. For example, if 5 colors in your bag, then need to make 5 cylinders. Cylinders can be kept by us in stock for 2 years. So next time when you have repeat order and no change for the artwork, then no cylinder fee and pouches would be produced straightly.
